The romantic and comic exploits of Dolly Gallagher-Levi, turn-of-the-century matchmaker and “woman who arranges things,” are certain to thrill and entertain audiences again and again. The show’s memorable songs include “Put On Your Sunday Clothes,” “Ribbons Down My Back,” “Before the Parade Passes By,” “Hello, Dolly!,” “Elegance,” and “It Only Takes a Moment." This 1964 Tony Award-winner for Best Musical is based on Thornton Wilder’s 1955 play “The Matchmaker” and is the basis for the 1969 film directed by Gene Kelly and starring Barbra Streisand, Walter Matthau, and Michael Crawford.
From her earliest memories Linda has been dancing, singing, acting, and organizing her way through family living room Christmas programs. She continues to enjoy this wild passion as it has flourished through the years. Her professional training in the arts and a degree in Elementary Education has allowed her to pursue her love of music and theater by teaching vocal music and performing nationally in both secular and Christian venues. After raising four children with her husband Tim, Linda received God’s invitation to open a CYT in Wichita. It has been an adventure that has surpassed her wildest dreams! She considers it a blessing to watch God bring joy, strengthen character, and create a new awareness of His power through the avenues of music and theater.

Ryan Ehresman is uber pumped to be back choreographing his third CYT show after working on Seven Brides and Little Mermaid last year. He and his groovy gal, Chelsey, have been married for almost a whole year now (what?!) and currently spend about 6 months of the year living in Alaska and performing with Princess Cruise Lines. A theatre grad from Sterling College (2014), Ryan's worked with just about every theatre organization in the ICT area, but keeps coming back to CYT--he just can't get enough of these lovable little scamps! Ryan loves Jesus, superhero movies, and Mountain Dew. Micah 6:8
