This year, campers ages 5-7 can choose between the Half Day program from 9:00 am - 12:00 pm or the All Day program from 9:00am-3:00pm.
Half Day Option: Campers will rotate through drama, voice, and dance classes. They will be challenged with group games, and prepare numbers for the final showcase. For younger students who desire the experience, but are not ready for all day, this is a great option for camp! Great teens and instructors will keep them moving all morning!
All Day Option: We realize many families have children who are in both age brackets and two different pick-up times is difficult. Therefore, this summer, CYT families can choose the option which best fits their family and students' needs. The afternoon session for 5-7 year olds will include work on props/sets and more fun time with acting, singing, and dancing. A special number for the showcase will be worked on just for those who attend the afternoon.
A day, 9:00am-3:00pm filled with dance, drama, and voice workshops. Campers will participate in whole group games, with special theme days including water games! These special days make dressing up and coming to camp a blast! Students will be given instruction on dance techniques, vocal training, and acting tips! All these skills come together as the teams work to present their part of a great mini-show! The free Showcase will be presented to families and friends on Friday night at 7:00pm. You may choose our "Be Brave!" camp or "Go Fish!" or both. Both camps are designed to increase the students’ ability in all areas of theater while building meaningful friendships and faith through daily devotions.
Come Alive! Featuring music from "The Greatest Showman". A camp filled with dance, drama, and voice rehearsals. Campers will participate in whole group games, special theme days and an overnight stay on Thursday! Students will be given professional instruction on dance techniques, vocal training, and acting tips. The Showcase will be presented to families and friends on Friday night at 7:00pm.
